Full description
The red Victorinox SwissClassic santoku with dimpled blade is a versatile Japanese kitchen knife. The santoku is the Japanese version of the chef’s knife. Just like a chef’s knife, you also use a santoku to cut meat, fish and vegetables. The big difference between the two knives is in the blade shape, and the cutting technique that you use. When cutting with a chef’s knife, you use a rocking motion. When cutting with a Santoku, you cut from back-top to bottom-front.
