Victorinox Swiss Modern 6.9016.2543B Carving Knife 25cm, Light Blue

This Victorinox Swiss Modern carving knife is enhanced with a light blue plastic handle. The 25 cm long blade is longer than the average carving knife. As such it is perfect when cutting larger pieces of meat. Because of the length you are able to make long, straight cutting movements.
