The Victorinox Swiss Classic carving knife is enhanced with a 19 cm handle and a cheerful yellow handle. The blade is long and low, making it perfect for cutting all types of meat. Because of the length you are able to make long, straight cutting movements. When cutting use the entire length of the blade and cut through in one go. Please note: you should only use a carving knife to cut meat. Don’t accidentally hit bones. This could cause the knife to chip.
