Full description
The Victorinox Swiss modern carving knife has a long blade and low 19 cm blade with a fine edge. As such it can be used to cut all types of meat. Because of the length you are able to make long, straight cutting movements. When cutting use the entire length of the blade and cut through in one go. Please note: you should only use a carving knife to cut meat. Don’t accidentally hit bones. This could cause the knife to chip.
